“CBC Media was chosen to handle this project because I knew they could get the job done. As soon as we implemented the first phase, which included the distribution of 1100 four color posters, 35,000 flyers and the installation of two giant banners at the park toll plazas, we experienced a dramatic increase in traffic on our website.

During the entire day of the event, we captured thousands of eyeballs because our logo was virtually everywhere. Our beach ball giveaway was a success, too. It was great to see kids, teens and adults playing with them on the beach and boardwalk, but the best reward was to see people going home with them. Days after the event, we continue to see a surge in website traffic and visitors to our showrooms.

The bottom line is that we sponsored the event because it was the right thing to do for our community. I guess they are saying thank you by visiting our website and stopping by our showrooms.”

“CBC Media took the ball and ran with it right from the start. All our promotion material; banners, posters, flyers, program guides and ads, were designed, produced and delivered on schedule. They also made sure that all the necessary permits and insurance issues were taken care of properly. CBC Media made our job easy, improved our corporate identity, and we look forward to working with them in the future.”

“It was a pleasure to work with the CBC Media team. An event of this size requires a great deal of cooperation in both planning and execution, especially in the short period of time that we had to get it done. Their professionalism and attention to detail was instrumental in making our event the great success that it was.”

Armed with signs, banners, tents, custom canopies and other promotional items, branding teams from CBC Media hit the beach in the early morning hours on July 4th to commence location set-up for the July 4th Fireworks Spectacular at Jones Beach. Their mission was designed to create hundreds of thousands of brand impressions for their client, NYAUTOMOTIVEGIANT.COM, the title sponsor of the event. By 10:00 am, they had completed their initial task and now stood ready for a crowd of over 250,000 people that New York State Parks officials expected at the beach and fireworks display later that evening.

The planning stage began only two weeks prior to the event after the Long Island based advertising and marketing agency was hired by NYAUTOMOTIVEGIANT.COM, who stepped up to save the annual July 4th fireworks show when the previous year’s sponsor decided not to participate. “Large events like this normally require at least six to eight weeks to properly execute, we did it in two” said CBC Media president Madj Ebadi. He continued, “I was very fortunate to have the full cooperation and support of the Jones Beach staff and State Parks officials every step of the way.” In addition to the work they did for their client, CBC Media was also commissioned by the New York State Parks Department to create the July 4th Fireworks Spectacular logo and design and produce all the marketing material that was used to promote the event. Among the items produced were two 4’ X 44’ banners displayed above the toll booths at the Meadowbrook and Wantagh Parkway entrances, 1,100 posters and over 35,000 flyers that were distributed to stores, businesses, libraries and public locations in Nassau County. The company also produced print ads for multiple runs in Newsday and over 35,000 program guides that were distributed on the day of the event. Every item produced for the event featured the NYAUTOMOTIVEGIANT.COM logo prominently displayed for all to see.
