Issue 1 of Volume 21 will examine the jurisprudence of lower federal courts and the developing federal sentencing priorities of the U.S. Sentencing Commission and Congress now that the Supreme Court has clarified the meaning and impact of Booker through its subsequent decisions in Rita, Gall, and Kimbrough.
